  26 August - Some of the greatest minds and movers in the field of investment will assemble at UNCTAD´s World Investment Forum 2010 to discuss how to promote sustainable investment and development in the new phase of globalization and take advantage of opportunities that could arise across the globe.
 23 August - A new UNCTAD publication explores alternative methods that governments and international investors may use to resolve increasingly frequent disputes that must currently be handled through lengthy international arbitration.
 30 July - Bolivian Government officials made progress towards a new consumer protection law at an UNCTAD training session in La Paz. Representatives of the Salvadoran Consumer Protection Authority made valuable presentations.
 23 July - Representatives of 24 African countries met in Benin to discuss sharing information on natural resources, as called for by UNCTAD´s 13th African oil, gas, and mines conference.
