Public-Private Sector Dialogue

Effective interaction and dialogue between the government and the private sector, including NGOs, plays a key role in creating a coherent policy framework and effective support measures and structures for the development of enterprises.

UNCTAD has commissioned a series of studies in that give insight into mechanisms of public-private sector dialogue in LDC and assess the extent to which interactions between the government and the private sector have led to the creation of a coherent policy framework for enterprise development.

Country studies include Cambodia, Madagascar and Tanzania. These studies have been carried out by national consultants.
