A non-conventional briefing on recent UNCTAD partnership activities on organic agriculture followed by a special organic reception with fine organic food and beverages.
The briefing will start at 16:00 on Wednesday 13 June in Room XXII (22), E building of the Palais des Nations. It will highlight recent UNCTAD partnership activities including:
- 1st Laos Organic Agriculture Forum
- 2nd African Organic Conference (Lusaka, 2-4 May 2012)
- 10 years of UNCTAD-FAO-IFOAM collaboration on Global Organic Market Access
The celebration continues with a special organic reception from approximately 18:00 - 20:00 in a special location: 3rd floor, E-building, Lausanne side, in the open hallway space just next to the set of four elevators (42a,b/43a,b).
Reception guests will enjoy a range of sweet and savoury organic culinary delights accompanied by organic beverages including fine organic wine from an internationally-renowned local winemaker.
