UNCTAD´s Least Developed Countries Report provides a comprehensive and authoritative source of socio-economic analysis and data on the world´s most impoverished countries.
The 2018 Report, entitled: "Entrepreneurship for structural transformation - Beyond business as usual", will assess concrete elements of the intelligent design of entrepreneurship and enterprise development policy for inclusive and sustainable structural transformation in the world’s least developed countries.
It will focus on a nuanced and realistic approach to entrepreneurship and enterprise development support, acknowledging the presence of various types of entrepreneurs and enterprises in least developed countries, recognising their differential innovative potential and range of contributions to inclusive and sustainable structural transformation.
The Report is intended for a broad readership of governments, policy makers, researchers and all those involved with LDCs´ development policies.
The Reports also contains a statistical annex, which provides basic data on the LDCs.
