Review of the programme narrative component of the draft proposed programme budget for the biennium 2014–2015

In accordance with established practice, the Working Party will review the programme narrative component of the draft proposed programme budget for the biennium 2014–2015, prior to its submission to the Office of Programme Planning, Budget and Accounts and subsequent review by the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions of the official version issued by the United Nations Secretary- General.

For this purpose, the Working Party will have before it a document entitled “Programme narrative component of the draft proposed programme budget for the biennium 2014–2015” (TD/B/WP(63)/CRP.1), prepared by the UNCTAD secretariat.

The document will comprise the strategic framework for the biennium 2014–2015 from the Working Party in its sixty-first session (resumed), and the secretariat’s proposed performance measures and the list of outputs for the biennium 2014–2015.
