The objective of this seminar was to meet with debt officials in the region to introduce the aims and objectives of UNCTAD and IDB projects in the area of asset and liability management, to identify useful activities for recipient countries and areas of cooperation within the region. The participants included Debt Office Officials at the national and/or regional level, and representatives from UNCTAD and IDB.
