Maldives Ports Limited (MPL), in collaboration with UNCTAD, will train 20 port operators from the local port communities in Male' on Module 6 of the UNCTAD/TrainForTrade Port Training Programme, "Commercial and Economic Management".
The Module focuses on commercial management and marketing, economic management, and financial management.
The training will be delivered by UNCTAD's Transport Section, together with local instructors from MPL - many of whom are successful graduates from the previous cycle of the programme.
