The seminar is part of the distance-learning course on trade in agriculture developed for trade officials and negotiators of Laos and Cambodia. The course’s objective is to improve knowledge of the WTO agreement on agriculture and build the capacity of the negotiating teams of Cambodia and Laos to play an effective role in multilateral trade negotiations.
