Based on the Course on Dispute Settlement in International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property, this workshop offers a general and up-to-date review of dispute settlement procedures by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
The workshop is intended for professionals dealing with investment issues and particularly:

- Practising lawyers
- Academics
- Civil Society stakeholders
Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have a thorough understanding of the operation of the ICSID dispute settlement system, as well as of the relationship between competition law and investment disputes. Throughout the workshop, special emphasis is put on the position of developing countries in the system.
