Key Issues

On the afternoon of September 12th, UNCTAD will organize a debate to discuss the topic: "The E-Tourism Initiative: strategy in action", during which various high-level guest speakers will expose their experiences about partnerships between stakeholders within e-tourism strategies, and expected benefits of such actions.

This meeting will aim at raising awareness among the target audience (Ministries of Tourism, Tourism Boards, representants of the private sector, local tourism actors) about the positive externalities of e-tourism development, as well as the multiplicity of partnerships that can be built in this sector: public-private, public-public, private-private; bilateral, multilateral.

More information is available on the E-Tourism Initiative Website.
