Notification

The second part of the thirty-second session of the Working Party on the Medium-term Plan and the Programme Budget will be held from 10 to 11 December 1998. The session will be begin at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 10 December, in Room XXVI in the Palais des Nations. The agenda for the session, together with the secretariat´s annotations thereto, was adopted at the first part of the session (TD/B/WP/108).

For the second part of the session, the main issue before the Working Party will be the report on the In-depth evaluation of UNCTAD´s Trade Point Programme (TD/B/WP/110 and Add.1) under agenda item 4.

Members of the Working Party who did not participate in the first part of the session but wish to participate in the second part are requested to submit to the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by 1 December 1998 the names of their representatives, alternate representatives and advisers who will participate in the session.

Other States members of UNCTAD, United Nations bodies, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental bodies who did not participate in the first part of the session by wish to participate in the second part as observers, are also requested to inform the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by 1 December 1998 of the names of their representatives.
