With the Paris Agreement in place, countries are looking at the prospect of a collective transformation. The extent and the pace of this transformation will be dictated in large part by Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs).
NDCs will mean big changes for the trading partners as the effects of those commitments play out in trade - and investment - patterns around the world. Indeed, one way to look at the Paris Agreement is as the most important economic and trade agreement.
The event is meant to take a positive look on the role of international trade in helping all countries, developing and developed, big and small take advantage of the benefits that would be generated by the implementation of NDCs.
