The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) is organizing a Training Course on Promotion of Cross-border Enforcement in ASEAN region. This event is funded by the Japan-ASEAN Integration Fund (JAIF) and hosted by JFTC in cooperation with the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition of Indonesia (KPPU).
The training course aims to strengthen the capacity of ASEAN member States (AMS) in enforcing its competition law. This training course is also expecting to improve the level of understanding of national competition laws in the ASEAN region as well as promote cross-border cooperation in competition law enforcement within AMS.
All 10 AMS (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) will be taking part of the Training Course.
