The 2018 ICN Annual Conference is hosted by the Competition Commission of India.
ICN is an informal network of competition agencies which focuses on competition law enforcement, where non-governmental advisors - including international organizations such as UNCTAD (Competition and Consumer Policies Branch) and the OECD, business associations, consumer organizations, academics and practitioners - also participate.
UNCTAD is intervening as a speaker in the break out session "Enhancing the Impact of Market Studies" (Thursday, 22 March). UNCTAD is also holding a side meeting with Competition Authorities’ representatives to review the work of the UNCTAD's IGE on Competition law and policy Discussion Group on International Cooperation at the margins of the ICN Conference (Thursday, 22 March).
