Consultation on development of an online complaint filing system for Competition and Tariff Commission of Zimbabwe

UNCTAD will hold consultative sessions with Competition and Tariff Commission (CTC) and Mr Bertrand Couturier, consultant who will develop an online complaint filing system under Activity 3.2.6 of the Trade and Private Sector Development Project funded by the EU. UNCTAD mission will take place from 8-12 June 2015 in Harare.

 
The objective of this mission is to discuss with the relevant Officials of the CTC the necessary elements to include in the online complaint filling system and to understand how the system will be used by the Commission.
 
UNCTAD, CTC and the consultant will conduct the consultations.
 
The following issues will be covered during the meetings.
(i). Develop the appropriate forms and the information required in the forms
 
(ii). Discuss the layout of the system
 
(ii). Identify and define the  private and public areas of the system
 
(iv). Discuss the format of the complaint forms; Microsoft word or PDF working format
 
(v). Evaluate the workflow and see how CTC can save time by using the system
 
(vi) Understand the nature of the complaints form: identify optional and the mandatory parts
 
(vii) Discuss the system display, including ease of navigation and simplicity 
 
(viii). Discuss the needs of CTC in the area of complaint handling
