Notification

The twenty-second special session of the Trade and Development Board will be held on Monday, 18 July 2005, and will convene at 10 a.m. in room XIX of the Palais des Nations, Geneva.

The provisional agenda for the twenty-second special session, together with the secretariat´s annotations thereto, will be circulated in document TD/B(S-XXII)/1. The main substantive agenda item for the special session will be "Contribution of the Trade and Development Board to the follow-up to the relevant United Nations development conferences, including the Millennium Summit".

Members of the Board are requested to submit to the UNCTAD secretariat, by Monday, 11 July 2005, the credentials of their representatives who will participate in the session.

Other States members of UNCTAD, United Nations bodies and programmes, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental bodies who may wish to participate in the session as observers are also requested to inform the UNCTAD secretariat by the same date of the names of their representatives.
