Key Issues



The thirty-second executive session of the Trade and Development Board will be held on Monday, 28 July 2003. The session will open at 10 a.m. in Room XX of the Palais des Nations, Geneva.

The main substantive items on the agenda will relate to activities undertaken by UNCTAD in favour of Africa and preparations for UNCTAD XI.

Permanent representatives of States members of the Board are requested to inform the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by Monday, 21 July 2003, of their intention to attend, or alternatively, to indicate the name and title of their representative.

Other participants (i.e. members of UNCTAD not members of the Board, the specialized agencies, intergovernmental bodies and non-governmental organizations wishing to attend as observers) are requested to advise the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by Monday, 21 July 2003, of the names of their representatives.
