The twenty-first special session of the Trade and Development Board will open at 10. a.m. on Monday, 10 May 2004, in Room XX at the Palais des Nations, Geneva.

The main purpose of the session will be to finalize the preparations for the eleventh session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. The annotated provisional agenda will be circulated in document TD/B(S-XXI)/1.

Credentials

Members of the Board are requested to submit to the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by Monday, 3 May 2004, the credentials of their representatives who will participate in the session.

Other States members of UNCTAD, United Nations bodies and programmes, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental bodies, who may wish to participate in the session as observers, are also requested to inform the Secretary-General of UNCTAD by the same date of the names of their representatives.
