The Namibian Ports Authority (Namport), will train twenty-three port operators from the local port communities on “Commercial and Economic Management” – Module 6 of UNCTAD’s TrainForTrade Port Training Programme. The training will be delivered by senior managers from Port of Cork and Dublin Port Company, along side local instructors. Participants will be trained on the subjects of commercial management and marketing, as well as economic and financial management.
TrainForTrade is a programme of the Human Resources Development Section/Knowledge Sharing, Training and Capacity Development Branch/Division on Technology and Logistics/UNCTAD.
