UNCTAD organised a high-level regional consultative meeting on “Responsible Financing: UNCTAD Principles on Responsible Sovereign Lending and Borrowing” on 3 October 2011 in Bangkok.
The objective of the meeting was to review the newly release draft principles and explore possible avenues for their implementation.
The regional consultative meeting presented an occasion to bring together policy makers of the region to discuss the principles, in particular from regional and respective national perspectives.
