Global plastic waste workshop

Simon Fraser University is organizing an event to discuss global and domestic dimensions of the plastic pollution problem, in cooperation with the University of Cambridge and Impact Hub Kathmandu. The event is related to the SMEP Programme Plastic-to-Ghar project being implemented in Nepal, where entrepreneurs are being supported to deploy solutions that remove plastics from the environment, while producing useful materials for isolated communities. 

The public forum part of the event is open to the public.
