The Africa eCommerce Week will take place at
the United Nations Office at Nairobi.

Participation and Registration

The Africa eCommerce Week is open to all: governments, the business world, civil society and academia.

Participation is free of charge but registration is mandatory.

All participants must register on-line here.

For security reasons, upon arrival at the United Nations Office at Nairobi compound, you will be required to present your passport or a national identity card.

Visas and Travel

Participants are responsible for making their own visa and travel arrangements to and from Nairobi.

Participants should apply for their entry visa to Kenya at the Kenyan Embassy in their respective countries.

Once participants have completed the on-line registration process, they will receive an e-mail confirming that their request to attend the event has been approved. This e-mail confirmation can serve in lieu of an invitation letter from UNCTAD and be presented to the relevant authorities to apply for a visa.

Your stay in Nairobi

An introductory guide to Kenya is available on the UNON website.

Participants are requested to make their own arrangements for accommodation during the meeting.

The following hotels have agreed to offer special rates for the participants of the Africa eCommerce Week.
