2 March 2019: Study Group Meeting hosted by JFTC Kinki-Chugoku-Shikoku Office: JFTC invites UNCTAD as the speaker in the session of “legal analysis of international cooperation in competition law enforcement.” In this event, the speakers and participants (academia, lawyers, legal staff of private companies and other), will have interactive discussion over the speakers’ presentations. UNCTAD main contribution would be present the view on Legal analysis of international cooperation in competition law enforcement.
4 March 2019: Training Course on Strategic Planning and Management of Enforcement Activities: This training course aims to strengthen the capacity of ASEAN Member States (AMS) in enforcing its competition law. This training course is also expected to improve understanding of strategic planning and management on each investigation stage, and cross border cooperation in competition law enforcement within AMS. Based on UNCTAD’s vast experience, the main contribution would be explaining the point of views on international cooperation.
