World Consumer Day Forum

UNCTAD is undertaking consultations for the revision of the UN Guidelines on Consumer Protection and has recently launched various working groups for this purpose mobilising large support among consumer protection authorities worldwide. UNCTAD has been invited to present the latest developments in this matter in the World Consumer Day Forum in Tunis, organized by the Tunisian National Institute for Consumer Affairs.

UNCTAD will present the work of the four working groups for the revision of the UN Guidelines on Consumer Protection, namely: e-commerce, financial services, implementation of the Guidelines, and other issues for the Secertariat Report to the VII UN Review Conference.
