DESCRIPTION:UNCTAD will host the second meeting of the Informal Working Gro
 up on Cross-border Cartels (Informal WG on CBCs) during this webinar.Estab
 lished in 2020\, this Working Group has become a key platform for internat
 ional cooperation. It provides a dedicated space for competition authoriti
 es to strengthen collective efforts and share valuable experiences in addr
 essing cross-border cartels.The webinar will build on the discussions and 
 exchanges on cooperation in cross-border cartels held during the first mee
 ting of the informal working group on 6 February 2026. It will bring toget
 her competition law enforcers from various authorities to share their expe
 riences on international cooperation in dealing with cross-border cartels 
 and bid-rigging cases.The webinar will serve as a forum for dialogue among
  competition officials. It will also provide participants with an opportun
 ity to strengthen professional networks and explore effective approaches f
 or cooperation towards promoting fair and competitive global markets.&lt\;
