  UNCTAD is engaged.\n\nThe interdisciplinary approach aims to deliver an i
 ntegral theoretical\, historical\, economic and policymaking perspective o
 n the topics.\n\nThe topics are:\n\n\n\nUNCTAD and Multilateralism: From U
 NCTAD I to the Global Green New Deal: A discussion on the evolution of UNC
 TAD&#039\;s role in the promotion of development friendly multilateral sys
 tem.\n\n\nBreakdown of the multilateral system: Sessions to analyze the ch
 allenges faced by the breakdown of the multilateral system with a focus on
  corporate rentierism\, international trade\, global value chains\, and di
 gital economies.\n\n\nGeneva principles for a Global Green New Deal: Sessi
 ons to discuss the goals and principles set by the Global Green New Deal a
 nd their implications in the areas of corporate and financial regulation\,
  equality and social exclusion\, climate change\, and employment.\n\n\n\n\
 n\n \n\n\n\nYoung scholars currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program
  may apply to participate and present their work.\n\nDeadline for Applicat
