At the invitation of GIZ office Indonesia, UNCTAD will participate in consultations with Philippine competition and consumer protection agencies regarding the implementation of the ASEAN Peer Reviews.
UNCTAD’s vast experience in conducting peer reviews since 2005 would be beneficial to the outcome of the consultations to be held with the different partners.
UNCTAD will also held a workshop on international cooperation hosted by the Philippine Competition Commission. This activity is the first dissemination of the recently agreed IGE 2019 Guiding Policies and Procedures under Section F of the UN Set on Competition.
