The members of Ecuador’s National Trade Facilitation Committee (NTFC) are participating at UNCTAD e-Learning Course for National Trade Facilitation Committees*. As part of this training, nine webinars will be organized with the members of the Ecuador NTFC. The eighth module/lesson is entitled “Technical Barriers to Trade and Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures in the context of Trade Facilitation”. After completing the eighth module, participants will understand better the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, and the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures and their relationship with the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.
The objective of the webinar is to provide Ecuador NTFC with an opportunity to discuss more in depth the content of the eighth module of UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFC. Besides discussion on the content of the module, participants will also have the chance to share their experience on the best use of the platform*.
