 ca’s domestic and external debt\, and provides policy guidance on the de
 licate balance required between financing development alternatives and ove
 rall debt sustainability. It argues that Africa requires immense financial
  resources to finance its development aspirations.\n\nThe report analyses 
 Africa’s international debt exposure and how domestic debt is increasing
 ly playing a role in some African countries as a development finance optio
 n.\n\n \n\nTrade and Development Report \, 2016: Structural Transformatio
 n for Inclusive and Sustained Growth\n\nDeliberations will provide an oppo
 rtunity to review the evolution of the world economy in 2015 and 2016.\n\n
