 blished to help traders with all their regulatory requirements when crossi
 ng a border.\n\nSo\, what is the relationship between e-Commerce and Singl
 e Window?\n\nThis session will seek to explain the base principles of a Si
 ngle Window\, its implementation and its relationship to e-commerce.\n\nTh
 e panel will also launch the African Alliance for e Commerce&#039\;s (AAEC
 ) updated guide to Single Window implementation.\n\nThis guide goes throug
 h the practical steps that governments need to consider in their planning 
 and roll out of Single Window projects and provides further guidance based
  upon the recommendations of the UN Centre for Trade Facilitation and elec
