Technology for Developmen t was held from 25 to 27 September 2017 in room XXVI of the Palais des Nat ions\, Geneva.\n\nThis meeting was the fourth in a series of meetings inte nded to facilitate the reporting of the Working Group to the twenty-first session of the Commission on Science and Technology for Development in 201 8.\n\nDuring the meeting Working Group agreed to the following timeline fo r its intersessional work:\n\n- By 15 October proponents circulate revised recommendations\n- By end October: Chair circulates a first draft of the report\n- By end November: Stakeholders submit track change amendments to the Chair\n- By first week of January: Chair circulates a clean second dra ft of the report for discussion at the next meeting.\n\nTherefore and as a follow-up to the meeting\, we
