  speakers inscribed by the deadline for inscriptions\, but an indicative d
 uration is that Group statements will be allocated one-third more time tha
 n national statements.\n\nGroups and member States wishing to make formal 
 statements during the general debate are requested to inscribe on the list
  of speakers no later than Thursday\, 31 May 2018 at 12(noon). Priority wi
 ll be given to statements delivered by Permanent Representatives and highe
 r-ranking representatives.\n\nRequests for inscriptions are to be sent to:
