wing globalization of the world economy has prompted a proliferation of gl
obal standards and codes in the area of corporate reporting. Least develop

of corporate reporting\, including environmental issues\, corporate social
responsibility\, and corporate governance disclosure.\n\nThe tool benefit
ed from findings and lessons learned from roundtables in a number of count
ries where it has been discussed with a wide range of stakeholders. It is
challenging to build a common international denominator that encompasses t
he variety and complexity of corporate reporting national systems. It is a
lso challenging to benchmark and measure progress towards harmonization ov
er time.\n\nFurthermore\, latest developments on integrated reporting and
climate change disclosure will be shared. An overview of research and surv
eys that UNCTAD conducted in various countries on corporate governance dis
closure will also be presented.\n\nOn the eve of ISAR 28\, a Technical Acc
ounting Workshop on &quot\;Accounting and reporting for financial instrume

held at the Palais des Nations. During the workshop experts will present
and discuss main provisions\, changes and challenges associated with IFRS
13\, Fair Value Measurement and IFRS 9\, Financial Instruments: Measuremen
