DESCRIPTION:The Trade and Development Board oversees the activities of UNCT
 AD. It meets in Geneva up to three times a year in executive sessions to d
 eal with urgent policy issues\, as well as management and institutional ma
 tters.\n\nDeliberations by the Trade and Development Board will provide an
  opportunity to consider the findings and policy recommendations of the fo
 llowing annual reports:\n\n\nTrade and Development Report 2022: Developmen
 t Prospects in a Fractured World – Global Disorder and Regional Response
 s.\nThe Least Developed Countries Report 2022: The Low-Carbon Transition a
 nd Its Daunting Implications for Structural Transformation\n\n\nParticipat
 ion\n\nThe session is open to all member States of Trade and Development B
 oard.\n\nOther participants (i.e. representatives of members of UNCTAD tha
 t are not members of the Board\, and representatives of specialized agenci
 es\, non-governmental organizations and intergovernmental bodies wishing t
 o attend as observers) are also eligible to participate in the session as 
 observers and should register online using the link provided.\n\nRegistrat
 ion\n\nRegistration should be completed online and is required in order to
  be included in the list of participants.\n\nLogistics\n\nIf conditions pe
 rmit\, the session will be held with physical participation\, at thePalais
  des Nations\, and remote participation\, through a simultaneous interpret
 ation platform\, in the six official languages of the United Nations.\n\nA
  link to the formal virtual meeting will be sent to registered participant
