 21.\n\nThe report contains analytical information on the different sources
  of financing for the technical cooperation activities of UNCTAD and the a
 llocation of technical cooperation resources by type of project\, product 
 (contained in the UNCTAD Toolbox: Delivering Results) and region\, as well
  as an updated overview of the structure and functioning of UNCTAD technic
 al cooperation.\n\n\nEvaluation of UNCTAD activities: Overview\n\nFor its 
 consideration of the item\, the Working Party will have before it the repo
 rt of the Secretary-General of UNCTAD\, which presents findings from evalu
 ations conducted between April 2021 and April 2022.\n\nThe main messages a
 nd recommendations from each evaluation are contained in the report\, whic
 h may be helpful in informing the assessment\, design and future implement
 ation of UNCTAD projects and programmes.\n\nIn the report\, lessons learne
 d\, addressed specifically to management and programme managers\, in the p
 lanning and implementation of projects and programmes\, are also highlight
 ed.\n\n\nExternal evaluation of UNCTAD subprogramme 1: Globalization\, int
 erdependence and development\n\nThe evaluation report will be prepared by 
 an independent evaluation team\, which will present the team’s findings\
 , conclusions and recommendations to the Working Party for its considerati
 on.\n\n\n\nParticipation \n\nMember States are requested to submit to the 
 UNCTAD secretariat the names of their representatives\, alternate represen
 tatives and advisers who will participate in the session by Thursday\, 29 
 September 2022.\n\nRepresentatives from United Nations bodies and programm
 es\, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental bodies that may wish
  to participate in the session as observers are also requested to inform t
 he UNCTAD secretariat of the names of their representatives by the same da
