 largest transnational corporations\, an in-depth examination of a selected

 l annex with data on FDI flows and stocks at the country level.\n\nKey top
 ics\n\nThe 2022 edition of the World Investment Report examines cross-bord
 er investment flows’ recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic\, looking at gr
 eenfield investment in selected industries\, project finance in infrastruc
 ture\, and the largest multinationals&#039\; production activities.\n\nThe
  report also reviews recent policy developments\, including trends in nati
 onal investment policy measures and international investment agreements. I
 t presents an overview of international corporate taxation and national in
 vestment incentive schemes worldwide.\n\nA special chapter examines the im
 plications for investment and investment policies of ongoing reforms in in
 ternational taxation\, including the adoption of a global minimum tax for 
 multinationals and other mechanisms to counter harmful tax practices. It l
 ooks at the reforms’ overall expected impacts on cross-border investment

 effects on the use of common investment promotion tools\, such as fiscal i
