 Provisions - Part 2\nfor Members of the National Trade Facilitation Commit
 tees of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States\n\nThe members of the
  National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs) from the Organisation of E
 astern Caribbean States (OECS) countries are participating in UNCTAD’s e
 -Learning Course for National Trade Facilitation Committees. As part of th
 is training\, ten webinars will be organized with the members of the OECS
 ’ NTFCs. This seventh module/lesson is entitled “WTO Trade Facilitatio
 n Agreement: understanding the provisions - Part 2”. After completing th
 is module\, participants will be more versed with various provisions of th
 e WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement. For each of the specific provisions\, 
 participants will understand better what the measure requires\, what is no
 t included in the measure\, and what countries should check to make sure t
 hey are in compliance with the measure.\n\nThe objective of the webinar is
  to provide NTFCs from the OECS with an opportunity to discuss more in-dep
 th the content of this module of UNCTAD e-Learning Course for NTFCs. Besid
 es discussion on the content of the module\, participants will also have t
 he chance to share their experience on the best use of the platform.\n\nCo
