 s\, challenges and opportunities relating to intellectual property rights 
 (IPRs) for graduating least developed countries (LDCs).\n\nDrawing on insi
 ghts from ongoing work by the Commonwealth Secretariat and the United Nati
 ons Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD)\, the webinar will examin
 e the practical implications for LDCs of losing LDC-specific flexibilities
  in implementing the World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Trade-Relat
 ed Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and facing additional IPR-relat
 ed requirements and obligations after graduation.\n\nThe discussions will 
 also cover LDCs’ strategic priorities\, interests and support needs rela
 ting to IPRs\; and identify opportunities for LDCs currently on the path t
 o graduation to leverage IPRs strategically to develop productive capaciti
