The event aims to present the main findings o f the Assessment to the national stakeholders\, including members of the N ational E-commerce Task Force\, representatives of the public and private sectors\, NGOs and the academia.  Prior to the launch\, a roundtable with development partners will be organized by the MFA\, with the support of U NCTAD and the UN Resident Coordinator Office (UNRCO)\, bringing together r elevant partners and donors to discuss potential collaboration and mobiliz e support in the implementation of the high-priority recommendations inclu ded in the eT Ready.\n\nThe Assessment was conducted in 2022 with the fina ncial support of the Government of Korea and the European Bank for Reconst ruction and Development (EBRD). It is the result of a series of multi-stak eholder consultations\, of primary data collected through three dedicated surveys (public sector\, private sector and consumers) as well as relevant inputs from development and eTrade for all partners.\n\nThe eT Ready Asse ssment launch will take place during a week of high-level digital events i n Ulaanbaatar\, including: i) a Global Digital Dialogue (GDD 2023)\, organ ized by the United Nations of Mongolia\, in collaboration with MDDC and UN CTAD\, focusing on the role of e-commerce for facilitating digital trade a nd economic diversification at the global level\, ii) the ICT Forum and IC T Expo organized by the Ministry of Digital Development and Communication\ , and iii) the ICT Ministerial Meeting 2023 hosted by the Government of Mo ngolia on the theme ‘Building Inclusive Digital Economy’\, with a view to exchange knowledge on best practices and explore avenues of cooperatio n.
