DESCRIPTION:Haiti continues to be plagued by political instability\, dramat
 ic security problems\, an acute economic and social crisis\, and persisten
 t blockages\, all of which affect the daily lives of the population\, who 
 are also significantly affected by natural disasters.\n\nDespite difficult
  conditions and logistical obstacles\, the Joint Programme\, carried out i
 n active partnership with the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperatio
 n (MPCE)\, UNCTAD\, and UNDP\, was able to continue its progress and confi
 rm its status as the only genuine national planning process underway\, aim
 ed at the country&#039\;s long-term development strategy.\n\nThe steering 
 committee of the Joint Program National Integrated Framework for Financing
  Haiti&#039\;s Development (JP-INFF) financed by the Joint SDG Fund will h
 old its fourth ordinary meeting on February 28\, 2023.\n\n\n&lt\;p&gt\;Hai
