DESCRIPTION:This is the second English edition of the self-paced online cou
 rse on Effective communications for Members of the National Trade Facilita
 tion Committees (NTFCs).\n\nThis edition will be delivered in selected Eng
 lish-speaking countries participating in UNCTAD’s project Accelerate Tra
 de Facilitation\, financed by the United Kingdom.\n\nThe course is designe
 d to strengthen NTFC members’ presentation\, public speaking\, communica
 tion\, and training skills to enhance their leadership abilities in trade 
 facilitation in their countries. Participants will be provided with both e
 ssential knowledge as well as concrete and practical advice to improve the
 ir communication and presentation skills.\n\nThe course will be launched o
 n 18 October 2023. Participants will then have one month to complete the c
 ourse. UNCTAD will present the objectives of the course to participants an
 d explain their tasks. The session will provide an opportunity to answer p
