  H.E. Ambassador Febrian RUDDYARD (Indonesia)\, the UNCTAD secretariat has
  the honour to inform member States that the closing plenary of the sevent
 y-fourth executive session will take place on 30 January 2024 starting at 
 10 a.m. in room XVII of the Palais des Nations.The secretariat takes this 
 opportunity to remind delegations who have not already done so to register

 Development Board oversees the activities of UNCTAD. It meets in Geneva up
  to three times a year in executive sessions to deal with urgent policy is

 rticipants (i.e. representatives of members of UNCTAD that are not members
  of the Board\, and representatives of specialized agencies\, non-governme
 ntal organizations and intergovernmental bodies wishing to attend as obser
 vers) are also eligible to participate in the session as observers and sho
