 ons Towards Sustainable\, Resilient\, and Innovative Solutions is a virtua
 l side event co-organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and De
 velopment (UNCTAD) and Think Tank AlterContacts\, an NGO in Special Consul
 tative Status with ECOSOC. It will present the circular economy as a holis
 tic framework that reinforces the principles of the 2030 Agenda\, addressi
 ng poverty eradication\, resilience\, and innovation in the face of multip
 le crises.\n\nThe 2024 Partnership Forum of the Economic and Social Counci
 l (ECOSOC) will be held on 30 January 2024 at the United Nations Headquart
 ers in New York under the theme of “Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda and erad
 icating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of sus
 tainable\, resilient and innovative solutions”. The Forum will place a s
 pecial emphasis on the Sustainable Development Goals that will be reviewed
  at the 2024 HLPF\, namely Goal 1 (no poverty)\; Goal 2 (zero hunger)\; Go
 al 13 (climate action)\; Goal 16 (peace and justice)\; and Goal 17 (partne
 rship for the Goals). \n\nIn accordance with resolution 75/290A\, the 20
 24 ECOSOC Partnership Forum will be focused on the exchange of new ideas\,
  expectations and priorities for the work ahead for ECOSOC and the HLPF on
  the aforementioned theme. It will showcase and discuss forward-looking ac
 tions by countries and all relevant stakeholders through innovative partne
 rships that can mobilize commitments and actions to advance the 2030 Agend
