DESCRIPTION:The Resource Mobilization course is part of the UNCTAD Empowerm
 ent Programme for Trade Facilitation. Its objective is to equip National T
 rade Facilitation Committee (NTFC) Members with the knowledge of drafting 
 and implementing a Resource Mobilization Strategy for Trade Facilitation.
  This the first edition delivered in French for NTFC members of Madagasca
 r. Upon successful completion of the course\, NTFC members will understan
 d the critical role a strong resource mobilization strategy plays in ensur
 ing an NTFC’s long-term success. Practitioners will also learn the key p
 hases required in building this efficient Resource Mobilization Strategy\,
  including defining the roles and responsibilities within the strategy\, o
 btaining and allocating the resources appropriately\, identifying and nego
 tiating with the right donors\, amongst various other key aspects. The op
 ening ceremony will introduce the course\, highlighting its key components
 \, objectives\, timeline\, and evaluation system\, as well as the trade fa
 cilitation e-learning platform where they will complete their work.&lt\;p&
