 he priority where COP29 parties are getting ready to consider a more ambit
 ious scale and scope of the new collective quantified goal (NCQG) on clima
 te finance as well as the submission of the new NDCs as the new generation
  of national climate plans (the NDCs 3.0) which\, in words of the UNFCCC E
 xecutive Secretary\, the new NDCs are “the investment plans for the futu
 re”.Given this momentum\, UNESCAP\, in partnership with UN Trade and Dev
 elopment\, organizes this high-level political dialogue where heads of sta
 te and ministers from the Asia-Pacific region as well as other key high-le
 vel partners will have an opportunity to exchange their concrete national 
 experiences in financing the energy transition.&lt\;p&gt\;At Baku\, global
