Despite these advances\, the enforcement of decisions remains a challenge\, emphasized by the 2021 EU Report which no ted the modest outcomes of judicial proceedings in competition cases in Al bania.This training not only addresses these gaps but also prepares the ju diciary for Albania’s ongoing integration into the European Union. The c urriculum\, developed in conjunction with the Albanian Magistrates School\ , is designed to be highly interactive to facilitate the practical applica tion of learned concepts through group discussions and case studies.
