 ratory Committee for the sixteenth session of the United Nations Conferenc

 lopment Board as its Chair.The Board tasked the Preparatory Committee with
  the substantive preparatory process leading towards the Conference.This f
 ormal session of the Prepcom will be the opportunity to take stock of the
