DESCRIPTION:On 15 May 2025\, UNCTAD\, in collaboration with the Ministry of
  Commerce and Industry\, held a non-tariff measures collection launch work
 shop. This workshop aimed to enhance the capacity of government officials 
 in understanding non-tariff measures\, learning how to access UNCTAD’s T
 RAINS database and formally launching the first ever non-tariff measures d
 ata collection in Timor-Leste.This workshop was organized under the Improv
 ing Pacific Islands Customs and Trade (IMPACT) project\, funded by the Eur
