  established an open-ended preparatory committee for the sixteenth session
  of the Conference\, to be chaired by the President of the Board.It is exp
 ected that the Trade and Development Board will hear the report of the Cha
 ir of the Preparatory Committee and transmit the pre-Conference negotiatin
 g text to the Conference.Institutional\, organizational\, administrative a
 nd related matters:Preparations for the review\, by the sixteenth session 
 of the Conference\, of the lists of States annexed to General Assembly res
 olution 1995 (XIX).Designation of intergovernmental bodies for the purpose
 s of rule 76 of the rules of procedure of the Board.Designation of non-gov
 ernmental organizations for the purposes of rule 77 of the rules of proced
 ure of the Board.Participation and registrationRegistration should be comp
 leted online and is required in order to be included in the list of partic
 ipants.LogisticsThe session will be held with physical participation at th
 e Palais des Nations.Participants will receive a digital badge consisting 
 of their photo\, a quick response (QR) code and the name and date of the m
 eeting. The digital badge will be sent to each participant by email once t
 hey have been accredited by the meeting organizer and should be downloaded
