 d gains from services trade....&quot\;. The United Nations Statistical Com
 mission in its 2010 report also &quot\;encouraged all relevant internation
 al agencies and the United Nations regional commissions\, especially membe
 rs of the Task Force\, to contribute to the implementation of MSITS2010\, 
 and recognized the efforts of the International Monetary Fund in capacity-
 building with regard to balance-of-payments statistics\; and recognized th
 at training is particularly important in trade in services statistics beca
 use of its methodological complexity.&quot\; Based on several requests rec
 eived from the member states and different entities\, the Development Stat
 istics and Information Branch\, Division on Globalization and Development 
 Strategies\, of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UN

  in services statistics is evidently strong. This is supported by the Dece
 mber 2005 WTO Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration\, Annex C which referred i
 n para.10 to trade in services statistics. It in particular states that WT
 O\, inter alia\, should provide targeted technical assistance: &quot\;... 
 such assistance should be provided on\, inter alia\, compiling and analyzi
 ng statistical data on trade in services\, [and] assessing interests in an
 d gains from services trade....&quot\;. The United Nations Statistical Com
 mission in its 2010 report also &quot\;encouraged all relevant internation
 al agencies and the United Nations regional commissions\, especially membe
 rs of the Task Force\, to contribute to the implementation of MSITS2010\, 
 and recognized the efforts of the International Monetary Fund in capacity-
 building with regard to balance-of-payments statistics\; and recognized th
 at training is particularly important in trade in services statistics beca
 use of its methodological complexity.&quot\; Based on several requests rec
 eived from the member states and different entities\, the Development Stat
 istics and Information Branch\, Division on Globalization and Development
